The little town I live in, is just outside of San Diego. We have a cute small restaurant area in our 3 block downtown. The restaurants have beautiful outside seating, and lots of it, but they are still on very modified hours due to Covid.
But this morning, I was able to grab a few pictures of the ELFs in the Art Alley, without the hordes of cars parked in front of the artwork.
