As a person who has a cochlear implant in order to heat, I understand the stress and frustration that sometimes comes with a physical or mental stumbling block.
For me, just going outside, whether it’s sunny or cloudy and being active seems to relieve some of the frustrations of not hearing well. It’s a little break from the tough parts of life. Join me and many others, Let’s go outside together!
